How a louvered roof works.
The roof is a set of interlocking aluminum louvers on a motorized drive. Open them fully and the patio is a pergola with the sky above it. Angle them and you get filtered shade that tracks the sun. Close them and the louvers seal into a solid roof, draining rain into a gutter built into the beam.
The frame is extruded aluminum in a powder-coat finish, on the same kind of posts and footings as our solid covers. Lighting, fans and heaters mount to the frame.

Yes, a standard circuit for the motor. We run it during the build. Lighting and fans can be added to the frame.
Yes. We prepare the drawings and paperwork your association asks for and submit them for you. Most Bakersfield tract associations want a site plan, the color, and the manufacturer's spec sheet, all of which we supply.
