Delano has everything from mid-century homes east of the highway to new subdivisions on the west side. The older homes often already have a wood cover that is failing; replacing it with Alumawood removes the repainting for good and usually lets us reuse the footings.
The newer west-side tracts get the full open-sky treatment: an attached solid or insulated cover with a fan, and solar screens on the afternoon windows.
